The project guide is an aid to making your project a success and to help us understand what the customer is looking for. We have also provided joint finish guidelines to help you decide how much finishing detail you would like to have.
  1. Pictures are a good place to start, anything you have seen on our site, a magazine or on the internet we should be able to make.

  2. If we are designing a railing, drawings from your builder are a big help, or just a hand drawn sketch with dimensions of the layout will help us get started.

  3. Once you have some of the above information we can begin to design the project. We also have some of our own designs and in our showroom are some samples of materials we use as well as some full size sample panels to look at. Because of the custom nature of our products we do not give per foot pricing, we quote every project on a per project basis.

  4. We can also do a conceptual drawing and incorporate the drawing into a picture to give you an idea of what it will look like before we fabricate anything. We do charge a fee for this service.

  5. Once we have an idea what the customer is looking for in their project we can move to the quoting process.

  6. When we have received your down payment the next step in the process is shop drawings which the customer will receive for approval.

  7. After we have customer approval of the project we will schedule the project for fabrication and installation. We prefer to install our product to insure proper installation.

Hopefully this guide will help make the process easier.
Thank you for the opportunity to do your project.
